How to Track Your Order

  2. Select the Mobile Number Option
    • On the tracking page, choose the “Mobile Number” option.
  3. Enter Your Registered Phone Number
    • Provide the phone number you used while placing the order.
  4. Input the OTP (One-Time Password)
    • A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
    • Enter the OTP in the designated field on the tracking page.
  5. Track Your Order
    • Once the OTP is verified, click the “Track Order” button to view the real-time status and tracking details of your shipment.

Key Points to Note

  • Ensure the phone number entered is the same as the one used during order placement.
  • For security reasons, the OTP is valid for a limited time. If it expires, request a new OTP.
  • Tracking details are updated regularly by our courier partner, Delhivery.
