Warranty Coverage
- We offer a 1-year machine warranty for the following categories:
- Men’s Watches
- Girl’s Watches
- Other product categories are not included in the warranty policy.
Eligibility
- The warranty is applicable only for issues related to the product’s machine functionality (e.g., the watch not working).
- The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damages, such as dents, scratches, or broken components.
- Replacement of the item with a new product.
Repair Process
- Product Pickup: If you experience any issues with your watch’s machine, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. A pickup fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
- Repair Time: The repair process will take up to 7 days from the date of product pickup.
- Delivery: Once the repair is complete, the product will be delivered back to your address.
Important Notes
- This warranty covers only the repair of the product’s machine. No replacements will be provided.
- The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
